The staff were helpful and attentive. I appreciated this. the facilities were really good . i also found the rooms to be very clean. Housekeeping did a great job. i loved that the metro was nearby too!
the bathroom door, constructed from wooden panels, did not close properly, a slight inconvenience though not a major problem.

The location offers convenient access with various transport links nearby. The cleanliness was definitely par excellence, which I found very excellent!

i found the staff friendly and helpful . they addressed all my inquiries promptly. the room was very clean and well maintained. i liked the modern smart tv and the cozy atmosphere.
i noticed a slight sound from the water system in the mornings and evenings (it wasn't a major issue, though).

dim lighting uninspired minibar
the room was.. adequate, i suppose. it wasn't exactly spacious. i felt a bit like i was in a slightly upscale storage closet. the lighting was dim enough that i occasionally questioned if i'd accidentally wandered into a noir film set. and the minibar selection? let's just say it lacked any real inspiration. pretty disappointing.

the rooms was clean daily. new towels was provided. the breakfast area was really clean and the staff were efficient. i found the bed comfortable.
the tv had a limited choice of channels. there were few english channels.

modern stay, minor hiccup

My daughter stayed at a different hotel, and i found this one to be superior. the room was notably clean. I appreciated that the ac was functioning well. the breakfast offered a reasonable selection of items, i thought.
The tv never worked. It was needed during the storm when i had to stay in the room. i mentioned the problem, but they never fixed it. i brought it up at departure, but nothing happened, either.
