The staff were helpful and attentive. I appreciated this. the facilities were really good . i also found the rooms to be very clean. Housekeeping did a great job. i loved that the metro was nearby too!
the bathroom door, constructed from wooden panels, did not close properly, a slight inconvenience though not a major problem.

the room was.. adequate, i suppose. it wasn't exactly spacious. i felt a bit like i was in a slightly upscale storage closet. the lighting was dim enough that i occasionally questioned if i'd accidentally wandered into a noir film set. and the minibar selection? let's just say it lacked any real inspiration. pretty disappointing.

My daughter stayed at a different hotel, and i found this one to be superior. the room was notably clean. I appreciated that the ac was functioning well. the breakfast offered a reasonable selection of items, i thought.
The tv never worked. It was needed during the storm when i had to stay in the room. i mentioned the problem, but they never fixed it. i brought it up at departure, but nothing happened, either.
